Daffodils, in the UK they signal the arrival of Spring and give us the boost we need after a grey winter with their bobbing yellow heads. The flower comes in all kinds of yellows and whites, from the very tiny ones to the big double headed showy ones. This bespoke Daffodil print celebrates the wild Daffs we see on the grass verges or on the edge of woodland.
Here we have a design of a little clutch of wild Daffodils which can be personalised with a map of your choice*. And different from the rest of my bespoke collection, this design is available in four completely different colourways, two of which have the addition of textured lines in the background adding something a little different.
*Please note that the maps vary in colour and will look different against the background colours eg. flatter areas are greener and will suit the darker backgrounds. This bespoke map design can be tailored with a vintage UK map of your choice and a selection of colours for the background. We can also give the piece a name and write it on the mount for you. All prints are sent with a hand-signed Ivory mount.
Please let us know which map you would like us to use. We cannot guarantee we will have the map but will do our best to source one if not. It’s best to drop us a line to ask before ordering.
Our maps are chosen for their age and rich, varied colouring. Areas on maps that are hilly have a range of warmer brown colours. The flatter areas in the UK have a greener colouration. So each print is completely unique! Flatter locations suit the darker coloured backgrounds.
